A) How does the delivery process work?

• Your order starts processing immediately after it is placed.
• If any item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you within 1–2 working days via call or message.
• Each item goes through a quality check before packaging.
• Orders are securely packed and handed over to trusted courier partners.
• If your location is out of service area, we’ll contact you for alternative delivery solutions.

B) What is the estimated delivery time?

We aim to ship all orders within 7–10 working days. Since our products are made-to-order, slight delays may occur in some cases. Deliveries may also be affected during festivals, adverse weather, or political situations. We appreciate your patience.

C) Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email. You can click on “Track Order” on our website or use the tracking number directly with the courier’s website.

• Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

  If the order is already shipped, reshipping to a different address will incur a fee of ₹200.
